We believe that all people at St James should be envolved in the growth, service and leadership of our community. It is our hope that, together as a community of believers, we can honor the misson of our church. To faciliate this, we have four leadership groups. All are invited to help in any of the activities or projects, express concerns, or suggest changes and new projects to members of the appropriate leadership group or participate in the group meetings.

Our four leadership groups
- Parish Life - to lead members in practicing radical hospitality, claiming spiritual gifts for ministry and giving abundantly.
- Outreach - to practice reaching out to meet the unmet needs of our community and the world and to explore and offer Christian service outside the walls of our parish community.
- Resource Management - to be future focused, maintaining our physical plant and practicing sound business practices and fiscal management for future generations.
- Worship and Formation - to offer faith formation for all ages and in worship seek to be a Eucharistic and music centered parish..
