Pictures of the 5pm Christmas Eve Candlelight service; a trio sang, Fr. Peter Williams read the Gospel and gave a sermon on Candy Canes, giving and the Great Gift of the Season, and the youth choir sang.

A Birthday Surprise
On Dec 19th, Fr. Peter Williams gives a sermon on Birthday Surprises (and Miracles). We wear party hats for the occasion.
Greening of the Church
Dec 19th
After the Sunday service, we greened the church with live wreaths and swags, and decorated a tree...
...and then later in the day, some of us went Christmas caroling in the village. Afterwards, we warmed up with cookies, hot chocolate and spiced apple cider.

Fair trade coffee St. James Church uses fair trade coffee. We see this as one step we can take in helping to alleviate poverty in the world by helping these farmers provide financially for their families.
